DeskTel’s Approach to Building Lasting Offshored Teams
Process Overview
Our team employs a five-step approach that we’ve created to ensure true integration with your company. We start by identifying the ideal talent for your group. The process concludes by guaranteeing that your new DeskTel team remains actively involved, ensuring that your offshore staff are integral and valued members of your business family.
1. Source: We carefully select candidates aligned with your team's ethos and culture, ensuring fit, form, and function
2. Integrate: Our specialists handle candidate onboarding, including account managers, work/cultural trainers, and IT specialists for seamless integration and ongoing support.
3. Develop: We facilitate continuous learning with tailored training materials, ensuring smooth knowledge acquisition.
4. Co-Manage: Benefit from enhanced expertise, continuity, flexibility, skill development, objective guidance, and network access with our co-management support.
5. Team Build: We prioritize work culture for a thriving, engaged, and high-performing workforce, influencing employee satisfaction, productivity, talent attraction, collaboration, and overall success.
Take The Next Steps
As you continue to research whether building an offshored team works for you, plan your next steps. We can get you setup in as few as 4-6 weeks!
Step 1. Meet & Discuss Your Needs (Week 1 & 2)
Firstly, schedule a few meetings with us. After some initial due diligence, we’ll determine a best approach and lay down a strategy to helping you build and run your winning offshored DT team.
Step 2. Propose & Review Your Work Terms (Weeks 3 & 4)
We’ll go through the details of the work arrangement and make sure that we fully understand your work streams. A Service Agreement will be presented and finalized after a few turns and iterations.
Step 3. Onboard & Co-Manage Your New DeskTel Team (Weeks 5 & 6)
Your selected DT team will report to you for ‘new hire’ on-boarding. Once the team has integrated into your work streams, we’ll co-manage the group to ensure that everyone is engaged and aligned with your requirements.
